Oklahoma singer-songwriter who plays guitar and banjo in an Americana, folk and bluegrass vein rooted in the state he comes from. He picked up the guitar at ten and later migrated to the banjo, and names Jeff Tweedy, Bob Dylan and Blake Mills as his songwriting touchstones. He works solo, as a duo or trio, and fronts a four-piece that can range through Americana, rock, funk, jazz, blues, folk and bluegrass. Based around Tulsa, he plays rooms such as the Mercury Lounge and has appeared in the OKPOP Museum's creative interview series.
