Terlingua Americana singer-songwriter and the man behind Studio Butte, which he built in 1990 and which is still the Big Bend's only professional recording studio -- most of the Terlingua scene's records have gone through it. He has also worked as a high-school band director and leads the community choir behind the region's Christmas shows. He plays the Starlight Theatre and Last Quarter among other rooms, often alongside Carlos Maxwell or Hank Woji, and has been jamming with the same players for more than fifteen years.
