The Whitmores are Alex and Marti Whitmore, longtime regulars of the Terlingua Ghost Town music scene. Alex describes their songs as "home cooked Texas style with humor for dessert": folk to Texans, country to Northeasterners. They appear on Starlight Theatre lineups and at the Terlingua Music Bash, where local reports have described them hosting an open mic and house concert during the festival. Alex has also released several independent albums under his own name and the twocapos label.
