I played for Ryan Talley Music for 2.5 years and another cover band for 2 years and have filled in many times as well I've been playing since I was 6 years old. I learn by ear but quickly. I have many references and videos upon request. I have all my own gear including IEM's and self sufficient and am comfortable with a click/cue track.
